Hi all,
I've just ordered a coopers starter kit, waiting patiently at the door!
Looking forward to my new life as a homebrewer. My only concern is keeping the FV at a constant temp.
I was planning on using my utility room for storing, but it's pretty chilly out there, so my question is...Can I move the FV from a warm room, out to the utility room once its finished doing it's thing or is moving it a big no, no?

Any help/advice etc warmly welcomed.
Cheers,
Rusty

Hi and welcome. Try to keep your temperature as constant as possible but you can crash cool at the end.

Welcome!

If you have a centrally heated (or storage heated) house then you are likely to have a spot which is perfect for brewing. Temperature fluctuations in modern houses are only a few degrees through the day and that's fine for most beers.

Your cold utility room will be ideal for cooling once fermentation is done to drop yeast out of suspension, and also to cold condition your beer once bottled and carbonated.
