Evening,

I'm starting a Coopers Canadian Blonde in a few days. The recomendation ingredient list states Coopers Brew Enhancers howevee i can't seem to get hold of any at present.

Is there anything else you would recomend as an alternative?

Evening, as I believe Brew enhancers are 50% dextrose(brewing sugar) and 50% light spraymalt(DME) so if you can get hold of those then Bob's your uncle.

DME is always good to have in stock, and the brewing sugar... I think ordinary sugar should suffice. How much do you need exactly?

Depends on the brew enhancer number. I bought a load for 55p. They're like

50% dextrose 50% maltodextrin for less abv but more body - pffft.
50% dextrose 25% malt extract 25% maltodextrin
50% dextrose 50% malt extract

So for the last one you could get the stuff in Wilkos if they've got spraymalt and brewing sugar in stock - I'd just buy the spraymalt and use table sugar.
