On the contrary service costs money to deliver and that cost needs to be reflected in the price of the product. Many a good business has gone bust because service was not charged for or adequately valued.

For example if you want to talk to a knowledgeable person on the phone rather than being fobbed off to a FAQ page on a website then a person with good knowledge has to be employed…and people with good knowledge cost more to employ than people with lesser or no knowledge.

The problem is that people tend to be well aware of the cost of things, but less aware of the value of things.

I have never used tmm not that i don't like them or anything, i have browsed their site many times and i always seem drawn back to CML who's sales and knowledge and after care are with the best there is and they are very competitive on price, i think it is a case of each to their own a bit m&s and aldi
