I have a bin of tc nearly finished and want to flavour it strawberry and lime. I'm planning on using lowics strawberry but not seen a lime one. So I'm going to use a lime cordial, boil it and add when priming. Can anybody suggest how much lime to use? Going to use 2 bottles of strawberry that should be enough to prime. Oh it's 23 litres.
Cheers.👍

Depends how strong you want it. 100ml per liter of TC might be a good starting point.

That does seem a lot. I was thinking more like 3-400ml in the whole bin.

When I primed my last batch of TC I used 2tsp per 1L bottle and it came out very fizzy, but if chilled down then it was ok. I don't know how the sugar amounts crossover to using cordial but I hope it helps in gauging what to prime with.

any more info on this ?
I think it's a coffee syrup and about £6 for 70cl. They make lots of flavours. Was thinking if it's strong enough maybe 1/3 of a bottle might give the cider a lime taste.
