Hello from Glamorgan

Hi all,

I bought some kit a few years ago and quickly discovered that I had nowhere to put it which had a decent temperature for brewing. A mate of mine came to a party recently with a few bottles of wine he'd made from a recipe on here and convinced me to give it a try now that I've moved to a house with more space. I'm utterly clueless, but looking forward to making some cider and chatting with you lot.

Thanks all. I appreciate the time people have already put in to uploading their recipes and advice. I started a small batch of turbo cider last night, so we'll see how that first experiment goes.
