Hi all - it took me moving from the UK to Norway to finally join, turns out brewing forums are easier to read in English!
I've been brewing for ~5-6 years now scattered over the last 8-9 years, mostly all grain, and went from a BIAB on a propane burner, onto a home-built RIMS system, onto working in a 20hL brewery for a year, and now onto a 20L Braumeister just for fun. Nice to be into it on a more manageable scale, and to be free to choose what to brew!
Happy to chat about all things brewing, making equipment, losing patience when hunting for CO2 leaks, and anything else under the brewing-related sun!
