WOW drinking a hobgoblin and it is amazing!
Had many before but really think its great!

Anyone got any ideas how to tweak a Coopers Dark Ale to taste like it?

I used a Coopers Dark Ale, with dark spray malt and brewed it a little short... nothing much like Hobgoblin which is one of my top beers, BUT, it was much better than the normal Dark Ale (which is a good kit anyway), a lot chewier and richer...

Anyone got any ideas how to tweak a Coopers Dark Ale to taste like it?

Some say add some Styrian Goldings as a hop tea, I dont know the quantities.
