Hi all
While clearing a relatives house I’ve come across two full demijohns labelled as ‘Elderberry - Oct 17’. The water in the airlocks has long since evaporated and apparently they’ve never been racked and have been sat in the airing cupboard ever since.

I’ve drawn off a shot full - appears to be clear and tastes ok to me…?!

My question is, is it worth keeping/safe to drink, and what should I do with it now?! There’s a collection of bottles and corks and other brewing supplies in the loft apparently.

Any advice gratefully received.

Cheers

...just wondering if you survived the 2017 Elderberry. I made some that year and still have a couple of bottles to open. I was a complete beginner then, so would be interested to know what yours was like.
