Hi all,

John here in Dublin. I'm going to brew as there is no decent off licence near where I live. I used to live near an amazing one but now I'm going to have to make my own amazing beer!

Going to start with a coopers IPA kit. Maybe add some hops.

I hope so.

Main concern at the moment is interference between the children and the fermentation vessel.... pesky kids.
