Had a delicious "Bohemian" pilsner last year in Greece and am trying to put a tribute recipe together. I think that beer used Citra but I have Ekuanot that I want to use.
I've got this so far:
I plan a 19L boil to end up with a 14L batch. aiming for 1.048 OG, 4.3%. 56ibu (little high I think?)
Pilsner 69%
Munich 22%
Carapils 6%
Caramunich II 3%
----
Columbus @60 to 30ibu
Columbus @15 to 9ibu
Saaz @5 to 3ibu
Ekuanot @5 to 7 ibu
Ekuanot @ 80c hopstand for 20 mins 6 ibu
Dry hop Columbus:Saaz:Ekuanot 1:1:1 to 4g/l
---
Mangrove Jacks M84 yeast.
Thinking to switch the @15 addition from Columbus to Saaz? Also unsure about the Columbus dry hop?
I've never brewed this kind of pilsner so also not sure on the grain bill?
