Ok so I've got 3kg pilsner and 500g each of Vienna, Munich and caramunich, 100g of spalt hops and some saflager s23. Not entirely sure what I want to do was planning to use all the malt except caramunich which I was just going to add 100g. Then use about 60g of spalt at start of boil and 20g with 15 to go. Anybody think that sounds ok?
