Morning peeps
I was gearing up to make a 5L batch of mead, using a basic recipe I saw on here somewhere... think it was fatdads video..
Anyhow... I plugged the ingredients into my spreadsheet and by my reckoning, using about 2kg jars of honey, would give an abv of around 18% (if fermented out to 1.000)
Does this sound about right ? Would the youngs super wine yeast cope with that ?
