Well after eventually getting vodafone partner services customer retention number they eventually gave us a PAC, no offer, no sorry that you are leaving us how can we keep your business..... a big fat Zilch.
Got a quote from another business independent phone specialist but they couldn't give me a decent deal on any network. Eventually just went into my local O2 shop signed up a business contract half an hour later the wife has got an S4 with unlimited texts and unlimited calls and a gig of data for £27.5 +VAT.
I will never use Vodafone or one of their 'partners' ever again, or anyones 'partners' for that matter either, they cost you, more don't give you the service and make it difficult for you to leave them.
Just got to wait until July and then I too can get rid of my crapberry and get a nice new shiny phone. :grin: :grin:
