My First Brew is Now In The PV

I am chuffed to bits that my first brew is finally in its pressure vessel tonight, levels are within spec, and its tastes like a brown ale, malty dark ish, and is light on the suger to taste.

Overall I am happy with it, as it stands I reckon its about 4.5 % I bit high nornally for my palette, but hay first time I cant grumble :party:

Cheers dude, had a taste test before i pv it, and now i think it is stronger than 4.5.......hahaha

Just a little update on my first brew, as its been in the PV for neally two weeks now thought i would see and taste how its getting along! and i must say i am over the moon with the results so far lots of lovely foam bubbles natural fizz, and great malty hoppy tatse really chuffed with it, so another two weeks i think i will bottle it it.

Love this now got the bug
