I thought I would give a TC a go as I love cider :thumb: so this is what I have made........
3.5 liters of Morrison's savers 100% Apple Juice (from concentrate)
1 liter of Morrison's 100% Red Grape and Berries Juice
1 Tea Bag Tanning
1 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
1 Tsp Pectolase
Youngs Cider Yeast
OG 1.052 @ 20°C
So far I have only added 2 liters of apple and 1 liter of red grape and berries. I plan to top up with another 1.5 liters of apple after 3 days.
It's only been in two hours and it's bubbling away nicely, Happy Days :party:
