Hi all
Thanks for allowing me to join. I've recently started brewing again after a 25 year lay off (Mainly due to having kids/working away). My interests are spirits and wine and have recently made my first 30 bottle wine batch to get back into it. I'd like to try more wine and maybe some beer. However, I was diagnosed with coeliac disease so would be looking for tips on how to eliminate gluten. Also any other tips and advice I can find here would be extremely helpful
