Newbie bottle conditioning question

I made a LoveBrewing IPA kit, it’s had 14 Days in the FV before it was bottled and the bottles have now been sitting behind my sofa in the living room for two weeks for the first stage of conditioning. They’ve just been moved outside for the next two before I try one proper (it’s going to be only few degrees warmer than the fridge according to the forecast) but I was wondering if I was to open one tonight I’d get a decent idea of how things are going, flavour, carbonation etc?

I’ve got 41 in total so losing one isn’t a huge loss.

Yeah I usually have 1 after a week

I usually even taste at bottling time. Most of the time I have some surplus, which I pour out and taste.
