hi my name is chris,
im new to home brewing,
i am in the process of makeing my first ever beer kit ,its a coopers canadian blonde ,witch i added 500g dry malt extract and 700g dextrose,looking forward to tasting that.
i have been watching youtube vids on brewing and i want to try some mini mash and may be some all grain brewing as well .
look forward to sharing my experiences with you guys and learning from the fourm.
