Just joined the fourm, I look forward to sharing thoughts and ideas with you all. I enjoy all beers, but am focussing mostly on perfecting my hazy session IPA at the moment.
I have a Brewzilla 4.0 and and Fermixlla All Rounder.
I also make some toe curler cider each year.

Hi there.

If you're trying to perfect a hazy IPA then I'm reading a book at the moment targeted at brewing hazy IPAs and it might be worth you giving it a read (if you haven't got it already) - 'The New IPA, a scientific guide to hop aroma and flavour'. I bought it for general hop knowledge and it is really enlightening.
