Nutrients and Acids and all the bits inbetween

How do you know what nutrients/acids etc to add to what fruit juices? :wha:

Just thinkin about experimenting with a few different juices, like a tropical wine. And dont know what to add to what??

Use your common sense.

I always add nutrients whether or not I think they might be needed, we're only talking about pennies to the gallon.

I wouldn't usually add any acids if I'm using a citrus juice, but may add half a tsp if juices or juice drinks taste a bit bland.
