Morning folks. I'm up at this ungodly hour on a Sunday as I was planning to get a brew on with some leftover bits, but it turns out I've got no ale yeast left!
I'm not going to have time to get to my LHBS for the next few days, so if I order online the earliest it's likely to arrive is Tuesday.
I'm also not going to have chance to do another brew until at least next weekend, possibly the week after, so would ideally love to get cracking today. Is it likely to cause any major problems if I brew today and pitch the yeast on Tuesday?
The only other option is to use Young's cider yeast, Saflager S-23 or Young's wine yeast and I assume they're not really an option?
