Heres what i've done today its just cooling now!

2 Gal of Pea Pods
2 Gal Water
1800 g Sugar
25 g Ginger
zest and juice of 2 lemons
zest and juice of 1 large orange
2 tins of grape concentrate
1 1/2 tsp citric acid
2 tannin
2 pectolase

Boiled the pods, ginger, lemon and orange juice/zest until the pods were tender, added sugar and grape concentrate, let cool slightly addedm citric acid, tannin and pectolase.

When down to temp im going to seperate into two bactches, add some yeast nutrient and do one with Hock yeast and on with GP White Wine yeast!

Its to hot to take the OG at the mo!

What are peapod wines meant to taste of at the end?
I haven't a clue! :hmm: Its stinking the house out  just hope its nice when its matured

The pea pods were from a verity of pea's called Pea Canoe, and as a kayaker/canoe-er/rafter it was a have to make wine!
