Hello,

Doing my first ever wine brew at the moment Calfornia Connoisseur rosé kit, making 30 bottles and in the final stages, added the finings on Sunday ready to bottle on Friday but while having a sneaky peak today noticed these white bits in the top, does this look infected or could it be a result of the finings? Getting a bit worried now.... Is there anything I can do?

Cheers

Paul

They look like bubbles to me, if it smells and tastes OK carry on, if something is wrong you will know even at this stage.

Def not bubbles, small white clumps, each one does have a tiny bubble on it though :/

Racked and bottled last night, crystal clear and tasted great so panic over, I think it was a bit the **** the finings had dropped that had floated up as there was loads at the bottom too.
