Hi
If i manage to get yeast working from a bottle of Rosie cider
& use it to make some cider can it be reused to make a second
batch IE after siphoning off can i just put some apple juice back
into tub & restart the process all over again or is that too simple.
Can the yeast be stored in any way for use at a later date?

Bob

Yes you can reuse yeast, theoretically indefinitely. Personally I'd be tempted to move the lees into a fresh, sterilised, container to make the next brew, but that might just be me being cautious.
