Just bottled 5gal of Richies Raspberry and Lime Cider..Anyone know the best long term storage temp for maturing these..They have been sitting at room temp for the past 2 weeks..18c..
Put them in the out house now after a 2 week period or leave it a little longer?.I intend maturing these for at least 2-3 months before drinking..I want to make shure carbonation has maxed out first.
