I'm 10 days in to the fermentation process and intend to bottle the whole brew at 16 days adding sugar
to each bottle. I'm unsure of when to add finings as I wish to ensure a nice clear beer! Used Whitelabs
English Ale yeasr, maris otter, pale crystal malt and dark crystal malt with Challenger and Goldings hops.
Any advice re the clearing of beer/or adding finings would be greatly appreciated,this is my second all grain brew and the first was reasonable to taste but a bit misty. Thank you in anticipation :
