Is it possible to add too much yeast nutrient?

I can't remember if I added yeast nutrient during the boil to my wort today, will pitch my yeast tomorrow and can boil some in water and add it before the yeast. If I did add some earlier, would adding another 2 tsp be too much? This is for kveik hornindal which requires nutrients.

Why does kviek require nutrients.

Kveik needs a lot more nutrients than normal yeast and I've experienced this myself. It takes ages to ferment without it.

I have used it 3 times with mixed results. The last brew was a stout it finished high 1.016 maybe thats why

I am sure if you added more it will be fine or you could add half a dose. Are you using wyeast?

I looked this up and in the amounts I'm adding it's fine. I'm not using wine yeast, I'm using Young's wine yeast nutrient. Apparently works well for beer too.
