well i can go and buy a pack from my LHBS however I have 6 glass bottles with their original caps. May experiment with them anyway and see then I will know for sure.

Jus made my first eve batch of Wurzels Orange Wine. Was nice and easy. I took an OG reading to see where its at. Anyways. I had to empty the hydrometer tube and bloody hell!!! It was better than Sunny D. So sweet i could drink it all day. Im on a sugar rush now.

Yup, my grand plan is to conver the outhouse into a little brewing hut, shed for the kids toys, garage for everything else. Fridge, boiler and heating mats. I can see many hours spent in there.

would it be worth investing in a cheap fridge off ebay where I could keep the fv at like 3-4 degrees for a month?
