LF grapefruit apa please

Just had a 26 year old bottle of stingo dark barley wine, still surprisingly drinkable.

Looking forward to a tipple, the sample was very promising :thumb:

The stout is fermenting away very nicely, should be a very nice pint. Well done Kyle on popping your cherry :thumb:

Let me know how you get on stuey, I have the one of these baby burco boilers. Mine has already been tampered with for me and holds a lovely rolling boil.

5 gallons of Dark Ale (for the spring thing bar). Should of added this a few weeks ago :cheers: Total = 1104 gallons

Transfered mine to the 2nd FV yesterday and agree with munkian, it does look a little dark for an IPA but the sample I had was spot on :thumb:

My brew monkey took a gravity reading last night on day 12, 1•014 nearly there now. Should be ready to transfer to the 2nd FV by the time I get back. :thumb:

This one is coming along nicely with a good steady fermentation after 7 days in the fv. Might have to get my brew monkey to test and transfer into 2nd fv next week as I'm on holiday.
