Well I boiled 2 liters down to about 200ml but it still was not really thick and sticky. I added it back to the boil about half way through, should I have waited to the end to add it back?
Greetings. Can somebody please offer me a few words of wisdom regarding caramelising. If I were to take a couple of liters of the first running's how much should I reduce it by and at what point do I add it back to the boil?
