Can anyone recommend a good AG milk stout recipe. Not too strong about 4 % , got plenty of lactose sugar, roast barley, chocolate malt and some cara munich 3 and crystal.

I live near Bristol where we have very hard water. Normally alkilinity is pretty much constant at around 260. Today however it was just 188. I reckon it is due to the floods we have had down here. If you are using CRS don't rely on your normal dosage

Just took delivery of two very shinny 70L Stock Pots from Nordic. Now need to fit a 15mm Tank Connector but what size hole. Some people have said 20mm, some 20.4mm or even 21mm. Or will any of them do? QMAX cutters come in all these sizes :?:
