Just been to my local for a baitmans gold

The one on the left without a label is called doctors orders it 10% only 50 bottles left it came in a fancy wrapping paper but that annoyed me so got rid but the beer is brilliant

Got these from Beverley food festival today atom beers bloody brilliant

I only use glass for my secondary but a barrel should be fine I would use a bung and an air lock

You will find the bit of extra time makes a big difference in your beer 2/2 and 2 works very well any less and the beer is just not at its best

That kit is good and hoppy I conditioned mine at 18c and that was very good You could maybe separate your batch and try different temps to see which you prefer

I've bought 30 of these and will be buying more what a bargain and the beer is pretty good

Just tried my gold ale and it's brilliant I let it age in a glass carboy for 3 months and force carbed it on Thursday first time I've done this but will use again

I never received my prize from this
