Hi Terry my partial mash seems to be stuck at 1.030 after two weeks in the FV. the yeast is mauribrew 514, a high tolerant temp strain ive givin the beer a gentle stir and put the heat belt on. current tep 22c am i right to have roused and warm up the beer to a few degrees higher or should i just leave the beer alone for another week? i just feel the beer must be stuck after this amount of time. cheers for any advise
