Hi all, I just started this kit,but it was only 4.3%abv.I decided to add 400g of brewing sugar when I mixed the wort.When I checked it it came out at about 5.3%abv.Question is will that extra sugar effect the taste at all? TIA

How long do you think I should leave before adding the hops?

I thought it would of been hoppy enough with the two sachets of hops in the beer kit?

Just got this fermenting had a taste when checking the sg 1.050 and tasted real good,hope all goes well,any tips on this brew bubbling away nicely already?!

Mine are in the garage conditioning,like yours still cloudy after a week and a half!

Had a cheeky taste still cloudy but tastes lovely,only primed with half a teaspoon of sugar,probably could of done with a little more!🤔
