Hope someone can guide me on this.
Purchased an iSpindle from AssetSolution in the autumn, who kindly linked it to BrewSpy and set it up so I could see the reported SG on my desktop.
Family then bought me three more for Christmas, which meant 'upgrading' the BrewSpy to 'Premium', to remove the single unit limit.
Did that, and Asset set them up on my account. I can see "see" all four units on my BrewSpy Home page, which show Asset's "test" readings.
Problem is I can't get them to update new readings, which I really need as I am (impatiently) waiting to start another three batches!
Be great if anyone is in Leicestershire and has the "nous" to sort this out with me?

So you can see the ispindels each with different name or number across the top line of your brewspy front page?
When you select one of the new ispindels can you send a screen shot.
Or use the share feature.
Assuming they are turned on?
Are they close to your WiFi router?

Is BrewSpy what they use now? When I got mine they recommended I use Ubidots, which is clunky and I'm not a fan of.

Many thanks to both for taking time on this.
Room,
Attached are the four "screenshots" of the BrewSpy Home Page on my PC, showing what I get by clicking on each unit in turn.
As you can see, the original Red one, set up by Asset, works perfectly. You can also see the three others are "linked" to the Home page, but selecting any fails to register anything, so the 'latest' readings on each one are those "tested" by Asset before despatching them to me.
Leard,
Had some problem trying to link to Ubidots - can't even remember what it was now. Asset then recommended BrewSpy as the easiest to use, and the Red readings show it does exactly what I need with no fuss.

Okay, lets just try and get one working.
Is it charged and turned on?
Room,
Apologies for not replying before now, but been AFD all day.
Yes, all three devices are (as far as I can tell) charged and turned on.
It's 18:00 here, and I will be offline in an hour's time, but back online c23:30, so hopefully might be possible to touch base then?
