Hi All,
I have not done any home brews for quite some time, but have just started getting back into it. I like making fruit wines from our own harvest (blackberry / strawberry / elder-flower etc) but also want to make some nice red's as well (Merlot / Malbec being my favorites).
Matthew Main (who joined the forum earlier) is a good friend of mine, and we've just made our first batch of beer, and eagerly awaiting the bottling / tasting of the small batch, before we make a bigger one!
Look forward to getting some advice and inspiration here, and hopefully being able to contribute too.
