Have a kit on the go 13 days now never took an og reading it now stands at 1020 for last 3 days is it ready to bottle?

Basically, no. Try moving it somewhere a bit warmer and give a stir with a sterilised spoon and wait until the gravity falls to 1.010 or lower.

Bottling most kits at 1.020 is just asking for trouble.

Could you let us know the kit and something about what you did to it, please? That might help to get you a more helpful and fuller response.

It's stuck at the infamous 1.020. If you Google for "stuck at 1.020" you'll get a ton of results and advice as many others have experienced this. Goodness knows why 1.020 seems to be the magic number where people get stuck.
