Hi All,

I’m looking for some advice on picking a lager kit to accompany a Coopers European lager that I intend to start later today. I have space in my brew fridge for two FV’s , as I understand it the Coopers kit comes with lager yeast and should be fermented at 13-15c. So I’m looking for another lager kit that will ferment at the same low temp. I’d like a premium kit if possible. I will set the Inkbird at 13C.

Any suggestions appreciated!

thanks

Thanks - That was a while ago. Bottled it on the 28th March - another 2 months until it's ready.....:(

Since then I have brewed and I am conditioning - Hop Gobber (coopers hobgoblin clone recipe), Festival Summer Glory
Currently in the fermentation fridge - Coopers Lager and Coopers Irish Stout

Next on my list is my first attempt at AG - a London Pride clone.
