    cheers for the tip LeithR The instructions say to top up to 4.6l as soon as the sugars dissolved, I thought it should be left short of that and then topped up after a few days. :wha:

    Hi. I used to use Brewferm kits which produce strong belgian style beers and I always got good results. You should check out the range http://www.brewferm.be/en/index.htm they might just have what you're looking for :thumb:

    My local ASDA stocks a 2l carton of cherry and apple juice in the polish section. I made some TC with this that was bloody fantastic :D Buggers have bumped the price up from £1.15 to £1.95 now that its popular tho. :evil:
