100g EKG. Ordered August 29th 16.30..... Still waiting. I paid with PayPal, somehow I forgot to put in my postcode somewhere in the ordering details and apparently it delayed my order being sent until Monday, an email could have resolved it very quickly if a package sat there needing a postcode.
I don't usually have problems with online orders.
I was expecting them Saturday morning, with the delay I could have gone to my local shop Saturday afternoon and saved some money as I wouldn't have needed to pay postage fees.

Hasn't put me off buying from them, things happen, only once..
