    Out of date spray malt?? Safe to use?

    I have 1 kg bag of wheat spray malt waiting to be used only problem is it's dated 02/20 is this ok to use? I don't want to chance it if it's not. It's to be used with a standard Wilko wheat kit with wb-06 yeast What do you think?

    Wilko light golden larger, what hops/yeast to use?

    Hi all Doing a Wilko light golden lager but not sure what hops to use Plan is 1 can Wilko golden lager 1 kg brew enhancer 500g golden syrup But wondering what hops & yeast to use? I'm not a big fan of the citrus hops And have used sazz hops before which was ok any suggestions welcome please...

    Raspberry wheat beer HELP please!

    Looking to do a raspberry wheat beer for the summer, any suggestions welcome, my plan is 1.5 Wilko wheat kit 500g wheat spraymalt 2 x 400ml lowicz raspberry syrup Kit yeast Top up to 22 litres Anybody know if this sounds about right or any other suggestions? Used lowicz syrup in turbo cider...

    Wilko stout (what sugar to use??)

    Plan is 1. Can of Wilko velvet stout 2. 500g brewing sugar 3. 500g dark brown sugar 4. 250g treacle 5. 200g maltodextrin (for head retention) Kit yeast Question is do I need any DME?? Was hoping to get away without!

    Budweiser or similar kit please??

    Hi I'll looking at kit that is similar to a Budweiser or similar light beer any suggestions? I know most think it's **** water but nothing quenches your thirst after mowing the lawn than an ice cold bud! Any suggestions welcomeacheers.

    Maltodextrin

    Anybody any experience using maltodextrin? I've been brewing for a year now & done about 15 beer kits, some have been great others have fizz but head disappears after 1 minute of pouring. Any help with this would be great, thanks
