Help please .. I dry hop after fermentation for approx 2 days or so ?? Do I add the dry hops to the barrel before the secondary ferment ... before I add extra sugar ?? Or after 2 days ,do I add the sugar and then remove the dry hops ??

Well Ive just put my hoppy cream ale into the keg..this is the second attempt at this recipe.. first was with tap water , and now with RO water ( + chemicals ).. now after the first attempt , I didnt like too much , the bitter taste ... thinking that , and after help from other brewers , the RO...

Having made a hoppy all grain cream ale , which is now ready to drink ... I have found that it leaves a sharp after taste .. its been in the keg about 4 weeks or so ... perhaps it will be ok by Xmas ?? Apart from the after taste its quite good,....

Juat done Hoegaarden clone .. overall am pleased with it . Compared with the real thing , and yes its very similar. Bur it could do with being a bit sweeter ... how can I do this ... not now obviously as its in the barrel. Do I add something at the start, cos I reckon I will make this again.

Should I use filtered water from the tap or do I buy water from the supermarket . I live in a hard water area ..am thinking of buying a charcoal filter on the tap water ..up to now I've used water from shop , but I don't want to buy any more ..what do you use ?
