Has anybody got a good red ipa recipe? I’ve got spare honey malt, Melanoidin malt and black malt. Got 100g of azacca too. I’ll need to get more ingredients obviously but I was hoping to use some of what i’ve Got in there too. Any ideas?

I’m having my first go at AG brewing this weekend and I think i’ve got most things figured out (fingers crossed!). But I’m not sure whether I should be adding hops in hop bags so they can be removed or just loose so they stay in throughout fermentation as well? Any advice? Thanks

I’m planning my first all grain brew and the recipe i’m looking at (and adapting) uses Wyeast - London Ale III which seems to cost a fortune everywhere I’ve looked. Would there be a big difference if I used a cheaper yeast like a US Pale Ale yeast from crossmyloof?
