    First wine brew

Hey folks! I’ve made a couple of batches of lager and a couple of demijohns full of turbo cider so I thought I’d try my hand at making some wine in time for Christmas. I’d like to make a fruity red, and am thinking of using the recipe below. 2l Asda red grape juice 1l Asda Apple and blackberry...

    Long Fermentation

Hi guys, Just wondered if I could have your opinions as to whether this is normal- little more than 2 weeks ago I set a gallon of turbo cider away. Wilko Pilsner

Just wondering what I can expect from something like this, or if any of you folks have suggestions on...

    First Time Brewer

The OG was just shy of 22’c. Is a secondary fermentation a viable option or would you suggest going with it and seeing how it ends up?

    First Time Brewer

Hey guys! I’m Joe and have recently started my first batch of home brewing after being interested for a while- only it doesn’t seem to have gone to plan! I bought a Cerveza kit from Wilkos, which according to many is a very similar kit to Coopers. I followed the instructions on the packet (1kg...
