    I'm not sure I get it

    I'm leaving my nelsons revenge in the FV untill the gravity stalls hopefully at about 1.014 ish, then adding it to the barrel with some suger/dex for a second ferment, if all the yeast is spent (because the fermentation has stopped) what will happen to the suger?

    My Coopers IPA has been in the keg for 4 days or so, its in a plastic keg force carbed, its currently in a cupboard at about 20 degrees, should I move it somewhere cooler, I have a small outside space.     Priming sugar

    I have been reading a few threads and was after some confermation.. I have just kegged my Coopers IPA it had the Can and and sugar all put in at the start of the fermentation, should I have added some priming sugar to the KEg? Thanks in advance /Jaf

    3 days and a funny smell

    Ok Coopers IPA using about 700g of Glucose, hot mixed the Can with the boing water treated with Campden Tabs, dropped temperature to 21 degrees, Og 1.030 in a room held at 23 degrees gravity now 1.010 still bubbling from the ait lock but it smells Odd, I cant explain it. its an almost acidiy...
