Hello I know it is all down to individual taste but try sampling your brew at 12 cent. I think (my opinion) it is the correct temp. for quaffing Real Ale

I fancy making this beer for my wife. The only trouble is the ABV of 5.5% would be too strong for her. Any one any idea if this kit could be adapted to say a 4% ABV?

I will be making my first ever brews using Coopers products. I have chosen to make a Real Ale Kit with a 1.5k can of light malt extract. Also an Australian Draught paired with a 1k beer enhancer. any comments please on how do you think these pairings would work out?
