Just finishing packing up and found this in the bottom of the grainfather. It looks like the proteins have coagulated and stuck to the bottom and formed a flat surface. It had the texture of jelly and fell apart when rubbed. A mixture of hot break, collagen formed by the whirlpool maybe?
