Hi all.The brewferm wit bier I just bottled has a bit of a bitter taste,is this normal? Fermenter and all other equipment was well cleaned and sanitised and rinsed several times.The beer aroma and taste nice but taste does have bitterness as well.Any feedback appreciated

I'm brewing a blonde beer and says to transfer from brew bucket to another for bottling.After watching a few videos of other beer brewing they bottle straight from brew bucket.Just wondering why it says to transfer to another bucket for bottling?

Hi all just signed up to site. Started a Brewferm Wit bier kit yesterday,my first kit.15ltr kit but through my lack of attention is now a 17ltr kit. Does anyone know if this is now ruined or just going to be a really weak beer?
