    Coopers kits question

If you used glass beer bottles it's possible the crown caps didnt seal properly when you capped them. perhaps you didnt use enough force with your capping tool.

Not so much brewing ..... a bottling question

Transfer it to a 2nd FV and leave it for a week then prime and bottle, if it is cloudy then it will help with clearing.

    Coopers mexican cerveza

I recently made this kit up I used 1Kg of brewing sugar, used the yeast that came with the kit. bottled it in Grolsch bottles everything was just fine. nicely chilled, tasted fantastic! :) The Cooper's yeasts are pretty good, I believe the one with this kit is a lager yeast and not an ale...

    Coopers Real Ale

rouse it a little, give the brew a gentle stir, try not to introduce to much air by agitation, just a gentle rousing will do

Those containers are also very easy to transport. They call...

Moving on from Kits with minimum equipment.

Hi folks, I want to move on from using kits, I've honed my skills at cleaning, sanitizing, re-hydrating yeast etc and think I should extend my skills and learning a bit. I have the usual ancillary equipment, thermometer, Hydrometer, large paddle/spoon I dont, as yet, have a insulated...

    Inline tap.

Yes, one of them, the stick comes off the tap, it just slides on/off. slip it off and slip it on the end of some tubing ;) The Young's bottling stick comes complete with tap too (bonus), not sure about others.

    Inline tap.

When bottling I use one of those 'bottling sticks' on the end of my siphon tube when siphoning out of a non tapped FV or DJ. I attach it to the tap on my other FV, easy and simple bottling
