    I know it's a bit of hassle, but could you not put it in to a few 2 litres bottles? You could get the value 2 litre sparkling water for a few pence and store it.

    I have had a look in the net, but can't find an answer. I have brewed some beer, and ended up with 21 litres at a gravity (temp correted) of 1.048. It needs to end up at 1.038. Are there any calculators available to work out how much water I need to add? Thanks, Jake

    Thanks for all of the positive comments. It was reassuring that the kit I made worked, though, there are a few things I have learned and will change for next time! Really looking forward to drinking it now!
